Monopolar Footswitch Model: 60-5101-001 Bipolar Footswitch Model: 60-5103-001

Functionality: Unit powers-up and goes through a series of 4 beeps to Main Screen. Footswitches have been tested with the unit and are in working condition.

Cosmetics: Unit has been cleaned and disinfected and is in ok condition. A few scratches and small cracks in the case by the on/off switch and the bottom of the face plate (shown in photos).
